abs compiles all of the necessary documentation and submits a planning application (if applicable) to the relevant authority. timescale - generally a case by case basis, usually 6-12 weeks, but associated documentation can take up to a day to compile and execute (planning decisions can take much greater periods to determine, depending on their complexity, a good idea of exactly how long can usually be given at the submission stage).
abs compiles all necessary drawings, details and specifications whilst also being able to recommend engineers able to undertake relevant structural design and support calculations (if applicable) for submission to the local authority building control. timescale - assuming that planning permission has been granted generally 6-8 weeks but this can vary depending on the complexity of the building and amount of detail involved.
