terms of reference

a) the party that engages abs design is the client
b) abs design is the agent
c) the successful tender provider is the main contractor
d) any person/persons i.e trades not directly in full time employment with the main contractor will be the sub-contractor
e) planning permission - has to be granted by the local authority (where applicable) and deals with the siting and appearance of building, materials and aesthetica this carries a local authority submission fee
f) building regulation approval - has to be granted by the local authority (where applicable) and deals with the building complicance to british standards, codes of practice and workmanship, this carries a local authority submission fee and stage inspection.
